INFORMATION
STATEMENT
(1) As a consumer you have the right to review any file maintained by any consumer reporting agency, and the right to receive a copy of a consumer credit report containing all information in that file as provided under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681g) and under § 14-206 of this title;
(2) The consumer report containing all information in your file will be furnished free of charge by the consumer reporting agency if requested by you within 30 days of receiving a notice of a denial of credit as provided under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681j) and under § 14-1209 of this title;
(3) A nominal charge not to exceed 5 dollars may be imposed on you by the consumer reporting agency for a copy of the consumer report containing all the information in your file, if you have not been denied credit within 30 days from the receipt of your request;
(4) As a consumer you have the right to dispute the completeness and accuracy of any item on or contained in any file that is maintained by any consumer reporting agency as provided under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681j i) and under § 14-1208 of this title;
(5) 849 Credit Coach, LLC offers the following services to consumers:
a) To evaluate Customer's current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. To advise Customer as to the necessary steps to be taken on the part of Customer in conjunction with Our Company, to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained in the customer's credit reports.
(b) To prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in customer's credit reports.
(c) To review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as: Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.
(d) To provide assistance with goal setting and accountability as it pertains to the customer's finances.
In exchange for the above services, the consumer will pay the following fees as outlined in the following fee schedule to 849 Credit Coach, LLC:
(a) $129.00 at sign-up for document processing. This fee is not for credit repair services. This fee is to conduct an audit and for the processing of your documents to enroll you as a new client. This fee is Non-Refundable.
(b) $97.00 (Core Monthly Package), $127.00 (Premium Monthly Package) or $157.00 (Unlimited Monthly Package) every 30 days from the date of document processing. This is for the previous 30 days of service. All fees are paid after work has been completed.
(6) Accurately reported information may not be permanently removed from the file of a consumer reporting agency.
Additional Requirements:
(1) As a consumer, your reserve the right to file a complaint pursuant to § 14-1911 of this subtitle;
(2) The address of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation where such complaints should be filed is 500 North Calvert Street, Suite 402 Baltimore, Maryland 21202
(3) A surety bond does exists and as the consumer you have the right to proceed against the bond under the circumstances and in the manner set forth in § 14-1910 of this subtitle
