You are entitled to a 100% refund (minus the enrollment fee) on all monthly payments, if you meet all five the criteria, under the following circumstances:

1. If we do not remove any negatives worked on and you've obtained our services for 180 days.

2. You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit at least two years previous to signing up for our services.

3. You have had no new collections, charge-offs, or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you.

4. You have maintained credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are helping you.

5. You agree & have sent updated reports/responses from the three credit reporting agencies & creditors to us within five days of receipt. You should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days and make us aware if updated reports have not been received.

How Does It Work?

1. We analyze your credit report and provide a credit audit report to identify the negative accounts impacting your credit report.

2. We develop a personalized strategy to improve your credit.

3. We implement your personalized strategy to challenge and dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information on your credit report with the three major credit reporting agencies - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. We also challenge and dispute with the creditors furnishing the negative information on your credit report.

4. Every 30 days, we update your encrypted client portal with your credit improvement results.

There is a non-refundable enrollment fee.

Each client is required to retain credit monitoring services with our preferred partner to help us track your progress and provide updates within the 24/7 Encrypted Client Portal.

How Long Does It Take?

Most clients can expect to maintain their monthly plan for 6-9 months. However, each client, credit report and circumstance is different, so your time may vary based on the personalized strategy, severity of adverse information, and the selected monthly credit repair package.
